Ian: -The founder and the Managing Director of The yacht catering company.  Ian has spent all of his working life within the food industry which has included working with some of the best known celebrity chefs

Ian is responsible for direct customer liaison and business development.

Sheila: Is the Head Chef, with a wealth of training and experience catering for some of the countries top directors. Her food presentation skills are some of the best in the business.

Angie: Is part of 'The galley' team

Elizabeth: Elizabeth produces the sandwiches and salads for 'The galley'. She has joined us from spending a period of time working in Sri Lanka

Laura:Is responsible for the planning and production of our off site lunches including the range of sandwiches sold in Aladdin's Cave chandleries and corporate vending outlets.
