Ian: -The founder and the Managing Director of The yacht catering company.  Ian has spent all of his working life within the food industry which has included working with some of the best known celebrity chefs

Ian is responsible for direct customer liaison and business development.

Sheila: Is the Head Chef, with a wealth of training and experience catering for some of the countries top directors. Her food presentation skills are some of the best in the business.

Hayley: Is responsible for the day to day running of 'The galley', including the training of all new team members in the fine art of coffee making.

Hayley: Is responsible for the planning and production of our off site lunches including the range of sandwiches sold in Aladdin's Cave chandleries.

Elizabeth: Elizabeth produces the sandwiches and salads for 'The galley'. She has joined us from spending a period of time working in Sri Lanka.

Rachael, Daryl, Becky, Emily and Yasmin: Anyone who has visited The galley at the weekends would have met Rachael and Victoria
